Gray Peedin is the founder of Local Roots Properties. He brings a wealth of experience and deep roots in North Carolina by residing in North Carolina his entire life and Charlotte for nearly a decade. With a family background in real estate ventures in the eastern part of the state, he gained valuable knowledge about the real estate and rental property industry. Drawing on his industry experience in consulting and his proven track record in real estate, Gray wanted give others the opportunity to experience the best parts of NC.
